Rev. Wanda R. Perry-Josephs is a dynamic woman anointed with a message of hope, vision and purpose. A loving wife, an assuring mother, an educator, also the Co-Pastor of Living Word Ministries/Brockton AME Mission.

Wanda a native of Boston, Massachusetts, gave up an illustrious recording contract with RCA Records in Nineteen Eight Seven, when she gave her life to the Lord Jesus Christ and heard the voice of the Holy Spirit saying, “how are you giving me glory in the lyrics you sing.” The group 9.9 was sailing on the charts, but that didn’t stop her form surrendering even the love of her life “music.” She hasn’t looked back when the going got tough, nor has she wavered in her faith.

She has pressed her way through many trials and overcome many hurdles over the pass twenty plus years. Now as a believer equipped as a: singer, recording artist and songwriter with a message from the throne of grace. She believes God is sending her out with hope, vision and purpose. Her career spans for more than three and a half decades, with such companies as Elma Lewis Performing Arts School, Cambridge School of Ballet, Rolland Hayes Music Division (Madison Park High School), Roxbury Community College, RCA Records, Columbia Records, Boston International Records, Nehemiah Records, Hope and A Future Productions, Jacks World Children’s Theater Productions, Josephs Enterprise. Her television appearances range from American Band Stand, Solid Gold, Soul Train, European Soul Train, NAACP Awards, BET, and Sunday with Liz, The Word Network. She has worked with many artists, songwriters, producers, teachers, community leaders, and has had songs and videos on the top of the charts, nationally, and internationally. Wanda currently attends Lesley University, Cambridge MA. where she majors in American Studies concentrating in the Arts. Based on her studies she has developed a Music and Arts Enrichment Program (MAEP) to inspire children as well as adults to use their gifts and talents wisely.
